Shopify hosts our ecommerce platform; the seller of your order is the Company identified above, not Shopify.

Orders, prices and payment

You must have legal capacity or appropriate authorization to purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Review each item’s materials, dimensions, included pieces and care instructions. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt. We will contact you to resolve payment, address, stock or apparent pricing errors. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund the canceled merchandise. We will not substitute materially different goods without your agreement.

Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. The total, shipping and taxes we collect are disclosed before payment. If a pricing error affects your order, we will seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected item.

Shipping and returns

We ship to the United States from Tianjin, China. Processing is 1–3 calendar days; transit is estimated at 3–7 calendar days after dispatch. Orders of US$20 or more after discounts and before shipping and taxes qualify for free standard shipping; shipping below that amount is displayed at checkout.

Request voluntary returns within 7 calendar days after receipt. Buyers pay return postage for non-quality-related returns to our Tianjin address. Confirmed defects, damage and fulfillment errors attributable to us are handled with an appropriate remedy and necessary return postage covered by us where a return is required. Safe use and lawful website use

Follow the specific product instructions. Do not assume all glassware, lids or accessories are suitable for ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, canning or sudden temperature changes. Do not use chipped or cracked glass. Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code, unauthorized access or infringement of others’ rights.

Privacy, responsibility and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling and your choices. We aim to keep information accurate and the site available. Updates do not retroactively remove obligations arising from an accepted order. Nothing in these terms limits a warranty, refund, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require arbitration, waive lawful claims or impose an exclusive foreign forum. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
