7-day returns

Request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order by emailing your order number, item and reason to [email protected]. For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, clean and complete, with original packaging and accessories where reasonably available. Contact us before sending a parcel for return instructions and recipient details.

Buyers pay international return postage for non-quality-related returns. Our return location is in China, not the United States. Pack glassware securely and retain proof of postage. Original paid delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns except as required by law. We do not retrospectively deduct an undisclosed outbound shipping fee from orders that qualified for free shipping.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with your order details and photographs where reasonably available. For a confirmed problem attributable to us, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement and cover necessary return postage where a return is required. Contact us before sending or disposing of broken glass. Mandatory legal remedies are not limited by the voluntary 7-day window.

Refunds and cancellations

We will inspect returns and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method, subject to applicable legal deadlines. Bank posting times vary. Contact us promptly for cancellation before dispatch; dispatched orders normally follow the return process. If we decline a return, we will explain why.
