Destinations and dispatch

We sell and ship to the United States. Orders dispatch from Tianjin, China, not a United States warehouse. Available services and address eligibility are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

  • Order processing: 1–3 calendar days after successful payment and receipt of complete delivery information.
  • Estimated transit: 3–7 calendar days after dispatch.
  • Estimated total: approximately 4–10 calendar days.

Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions and severe weather can cause delays. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a full refund. Further delays are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping charges

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$20 or more after discounts and before shipping and taxes qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below US$20, shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Taxes and other charges we collect are also shown before you pay. This policy does not promise duty-paid delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about import charges not included at checkout.

Tracking, changes and missing parcels

Where tracking is available, we will include it in dispatch confirmation. Contact us promptly about incorrect address details, delays, damaged goods or missing parcels. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible. A carrier investigation does not remove statutory rights.
