About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the SustainaSeal website and purchases from us. The seller is the Company identified below. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; Shopify is not the seller of the products in your order.
Orders and Product Information
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or the appropriate authorization to do so. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, included pieces, care instructions and prices appear on the relevant product pages. Review these details before ordering. Color appearance can vary by screen.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you to resolve payment, address, stock or apparent pricing problems. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund payments for the canceled merchandise. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Prices and Payment
Store prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. The total price, shipping charges and taxes we collect are disclosed before payment. Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders of US$20 or more after discounts and before shipping and taxes. Shipping charges below that threshold are displayed at checkout. If we identify a pricing error affecting your order, we will seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected item.
Shipping, Returns and Customer Remedies
We serve the United States and dispatch from Tianjin, China. Processing is 1–3 calendar days; transit is estimated at 3–7 calendar days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for delivery estimates, delays and tracking.
Our voluntary return request period is 7 calendar days after receipt. Buyers pay return postage for non-quality-related returns to our Tianjin address. See the Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, defects, return instructions and refunds.
Safe Product Use
Use products only as instructed on the product page, packaging and manufacturer guidance. Do not assume every glass container, lid or accessory is oven-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, suitable for canning or safe for sudden temperature changes. Check the specific item instructions. Do not use chipped or cracked glassware. Supervise children appropriately.
