7-Day Return Request Period
You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please include photographs where reasonably available. This voluntary return period does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, clean, complete and in resaleable condition, with its original packaging and included accessories where reasonably available. Please contact us before shipping so that we can identify your order and give you return instructions.
The buyer pays return shipping for non-quality-related returns. Our return address is in Tianjin, China. International return postage may be substantial. You may obtain a postage quotation before buying or returning an item. Pack fragile glassware securely and keep proof of postage; a tracked service is recommended.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the refund covers the price paid for the returned item. Original paid delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law. If the original order qualified for free shipping, we will not retrospectively deduct an undisclosed outbound shipping fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is broken, defective or different from what you ordered. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. For a confirmed problem attributable to us, we will cover necessary return postage where a return is required, and provide instructions before you ship. Please do not dispose of an item or send broken glass until we have provided safe handling instructions.
The buyer-paid return postage rule for change-of-mind returns does not apply to a confirmed defect, damage or fulfillment error attributable to us. Mandatory legal remedies are not subject to the 7-day voluntary return window.
Refunds
We will confirm receipt of a returned item, inspect it and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method, subject to applicable legal deadlines. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Contact us if you have not received a refund after we confirm it has been issued.
If a return is declined, we will explain the reason. Contact us about an exchange before sending an item; replacement availability is subject to stock. Requests to cancel before dispatch should be emailed promptly. Once dispatched, an order normally follows the return process.
